Swanson’s story began in a basement where DIY events were hosted by members of the community. Early bi-annual “Swanson Events” raised funds for those in need all around the city. When the events outgrew their original location, we moved to a warehouse downtown where the Stone family tradition of collecting memorable local signs could continue in a new light.

After taking care of some difficulty with city permits, Swanson’s was finally ready to become the venue it was always meant to be, until being forced to shut down due to the pandemic in 2020. Now, almost two years later, we are more than excited to open our doors again and create a space for the community once again!
